How to Order

Our Policy at SOTA:

Please note that all purchases from Canada and countries other than the US are now processed in Canadian funds. If the US dollar continues to slide in value our pricing will need to increase. Over the last seven years we have seen the US dollar drop in value by over 50%. We can maintain our pricing as long as the US dollar stays near par with the Canadian dollar.

Please note that all purchases of SOTA products are subject to the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

We encourage you to educate yourself before using any of our units. It's easy to make a decision in desperation rather than based on information. We are a company that believes in self-responsibility for ourselves and our customers.

RETURN POLICY:

1) If the unit has not been used at all, you can return it for a full refund (less Shipping Charges) within 30 days.

2) If the unit has been used but unit and case are in new condition, you can return within 30 days with a 20% restocking charge (plus Shipping Charges). With the Magnetic Pulser (MPG) and Water Ozonator (WOZ), the restocking charge will be 10% (plus Shipping Charges).

NOTE: There are no returns available for the SP Lite!!

3) Return postage and insurance are your responsibility.

NOTE: All repairs and returns require an RMA#. For detailed instructions and an RMA# on returning for repair or refund, please contact:

Here are your options:

  1. For a Credit Card purchase, call us toll free anywhere in the United States or Canada at 1.800.224.0242 or call 1.250.770.2023 or fax us at 1.250.770.1999.
  2. To pay by Money Order send with an Order Form (Click HERE to download Order Form) to our address. (See below).
    NOTE: If you reside outside of Canada, please ensure you send an INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER.
  3. Company Policy states that personal cheques will be held for 6 weeks to allow funds to clear.
  4. If you want to order by e-mail, our site is not secure so please keep this in mind. info@sotainstruments.com

If you are ordering by Fax, E-Mail, or Mailing us a Money Order please remember to include the following important and necessary information so we can process your order without delays (especially International Orders):
Your Full name and street address. (Remember, couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes.)
Telephone Number and, if available FAX Number. (Couriers must have a Telephone number, or they cannot deliver. And we need a way of contacting you should there be a shipping problem.)
Your E-Mail address if applicable (especially International Orders), so we can contact you easily should there be a shipping problem.
