What is "The Water O₃zonator"?

The Water O₃zonator Model# WOZ5 is a true* 200mg/Hr Corona Discharge (CD) Ozone (O₃) Generator used for Water Ozonation & Oxygenation that is powered by 12 Volts DC. Ozone has powerful oxidation potential and is used to disinfect, sterilize and oxygenate water. (Independent Lab Test shows virtually zero Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) in output. NOTE:> The Ozone generated by The Water O₃zonator is NOT intended to be breathed in! It is intended for water ozonation only. Ozone can be very damaging (through rapid and powerful oxidation) to sensitive lung tissues. Always use The Water O₃zonator in a well ventilated area. A stove-top exhaust fan works well to remove the off gas of The Water O₃zonator unit.

NOTE: The WOZ5 unit's output ozone concentration is below permissible levels (<0.05 PPM) at a distance greater than 48" from unit.

NOTE: Exposure levels of Ozone in air at 0.1 PPM can be tolerated for up to 8 hours before being considered a hazard. With the WOZ5, the Ozone reading in the air is 0.1 PPM and less, 24” from the source. At 48” from the source, the reading is 0.06 PPM and less.

NOTE: The WOZ5 unit is not a medical grade ozone generator. Medical grade ozonators usually cost 5-10 times more than even excellent quality, non-medical ozonators like the WOZ5. Please, do not attempt to feed pure oxygen (O₂) into the chamber. This caution applies to any ozone generator on the market that does not have medical grade parts and components throughout.

Representing a significant advancement in ozone generation design. The next generation Water Ozonator. The Water O₃zonator Model WOZ5 is a highly efficient, Fused Quartz Crystal, High Frequency Corona Discharge (CD) ozone generator utilizing inventor-genius Nicola Tesla's principles. Breakthrough technology has been applied to the WOZ5 allowing it to operate from a 12 Volt DC power source like an automobile battery or appropriate solar panel. The WOZ5 unit is complete with a built-in Air Pump.

Ozone concentration is a maximum of 3.6 Gamma (ug/ml or mg/l) at 0.5 LPM flowrate. The WOZ5 can ozonate an 8 ounce (250mL) glass of room temperature water in less than 1 minute and achieve an ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) of over an outstanding +1,000mV ORP in less than 3 minutes). Water sterilization occurs at greater than 600mV ORP, thus the WOZ5 exceeds the requirements for water sterilization.

Using advanced principles of the 1900's inventor-genius Nicola Tesla, SOTA has designed an exclusive, state-of-the-art ozone (O₃) generation unit that incorporates a new and proprietary approach to ozone generation: Dynamic Resonant Mode Operation (DRMO) and Zero-Point Voltage Switching (ZPVS). This results in the WOZ5 requiring less than 1.2 Amps current at 12 Volts DC to operate both the Ozone Generator and the built-in Air Pump, allowing for very reliable and portable operation.

The Water O₃zonator uses state-of-the-art electronics and a unique circuit design allowing the unit to be extremely lightweight, portable, powerful, efficient and able to run off a 12 Volt DC power source like an automobile battery if needed. The Water O₃zonator unit takes less than 2 minutes to achieve maximum Oxidation-Reduction Potential (ORP in mV) in an 8 ounce glass (250 ml) of chilled distilled water to +1,000mV ORP (see graph below). For 32 ounces (1 Litre), expect full ORP in less than 10 minutes.

International Voltage (220/240 Volt AC 50Hz Mains) Requirements:

The Water Ozonator ships with an International Wall Adaptor intended for any voltage from 110VAC 60 Hz (North America) to 220/240 Volt AC 50 Hz Mains (as found in International Countries). Thus, you can use your new Water Ozonator virtually anywhere in the world.

Additionally, the Water Ozonator may also be operated directly from a 12 Volt DC Battery like an automobile cigarette lighter. You will need to purchase an Adapter cord which plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a Centre Positive, 2.1mm Plug. Radio Shack® usually has these Adapters.

Options for Powering the Water O₃zonator

In the event of a power outage here are some options for powering the Water Ozonator:

The WOZ5 Water O₃zonator may be operated directly from a 12 Volt DC Battery like an automobile cigarette lighter. You will need to purchase an Adapter cord which plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a Centre Positive, 2.1mm Plug, like from Radio Shack®.
The WOZ5 Water O₃zonator Unit can be powered by a suitable solar panel. Keep in mind that most solar panel generators are used to re-charge a battery which in turn operates the unit. Therefore we suggest you use a solar panel (preferably a sealed Gel-Cel® type) to re-charge a 12 Volt DC automobile battery, then run the WOZ5 Water O₃zonator Unit directly from the battery. You will need to use a cord which has alligator clips on one end to attach to the battery terminals, and the appropriate Centre Positive, 2.1mm Plug on the other end to plug into the WOZ5 Water O₃zonator Unit. Be careful with polarity! This type of cord with alligator clips on one end is probably not readily available, therefore you will to need to buy a cord and cut off the end that normally goes into the cigarette lighter, and solder your own set of alligator clips. Use a black and red alligator clips so you ensure polarity is correct each time you connect the circuit.
If you wish to operate the WOZ5 Water O₃zonator Unit directly from a solar panel you will need to use a 12 Volt DC output panel that is capable of supplying at least 2 Amps. The WOZ5 Water O₃zonator Unit's initial starting demands may require a higher output solar panel. That is why it is preferable to use a charged 12 Volt DC battery instead.

RETURN POLICY:

1) If the unit has not been used at all, you can return it for a full refund (less Shipping Charges) within 30 days.

2) If the unit has been used but unit and case are in new condition, you can return within 30 days with a 20% restocking charge (plus Shipping Charges). With the Magnetic Pulser (MPG) and Water Ozonator (WOZ), the restocking charge will be 10% (plus Shipping Charges).

3) Return postage and insurance are your responsibility.
